webscore.ch provides automated website analysis services, including SEO, performance, trust signals, and Swiss-specific compliance checks. The service is offered in a free tier (basic analysis) and a paid tier (advanced analysis with AI features, coming soon).

2. Acceptable Use

When using our service, you agree to:

• Only submit websites you own or have permission to analyze
• Respect rate limits (1 free analysis per email per 24 hours)
• Not abuse the service through automated scraping, excessive requests, or malicious intent
• Only submit valid, publicly accessible website URLs (no internal network addresses)

3. Analysis Reports and Data

• Analysis reports are generated automatically based on publicly available information from the submitted website.
• While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all analysis results are complete, current, or error-free.
• You are solely responsible for how you use the information in our reports. We provide analysis tools, not professional consulting advice.
• Reports are stored indefinitely unless you request deletion. You can access historical reports if you create an account.

4. Rate Limits and Fair Use

• Free tier: 1 analysis per email address per 24 hours
• Paid tier (when available): Usage limits will be specified at time of purchase
• We reserve the right to enforce rate limits and block abusive usage patterns.

5. Paid Services (Coming Soon)

When the paid tier becomes available:

• Pricing will be clearly displayed (CHF 4.90 per domain as planned)
• Payments are non-refundable unless required by law
• All payment processing will be handled by Swiss payment providers

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

• The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or specific analysis results.
• During beta/early phases, features may change, break, or be removed without notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Swiss law, webscore.ch and its operator (Benjamin Zumbrunn) are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to business decisions based on analysis reports.

8. Data Protection

Your use of this service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. All data processing happens exclusively in Switzerland in compliance with Swiss data protection law (revDSG) and GDPR.

9. Modifications to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the revised terms. Material changes will be communicated via email if you have an account.

10. Account Termination

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
• You may delete your account and data at any time by contacting us.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Swiss law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Brugg, Switzerland.
